Role Description The Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Saskatoon, SK. In this position, the individual will manage and support accounts for both careseekers and caregivers, ensuring a positive experience across the platform. Typical responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting users with onboarding, verifying account information, and resolving issues related to billing, profiles, and service usage. The role also involves monitoring account activity, identifying trends or concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and user satisfaction. The Account Specialist will maintain accurate records, prepare basic reports on account performance, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and platform reliability.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to support users, handle inquiries, and build positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills to oversee user accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth platform usage.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret account data, identify trends or issues, and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to assist with billing questions, reconcile account discrepancies, and support basic reporting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Previous experience in account coordination, customer success, or a client-facing role in technology or healthcare services is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is preferred.
