I've spent four decades inside hotels and resorts - much of it auditing the guest journey property by property, watching how operations really run when the lobby looks calm but the back of house is anything but. The same pattern surfaced everywhere I went: great teams doing their best, held back by software never built for the way hotels actually work.

The tools existed. They were simply wrong for the job. Bloated, rigid, and expensive - legacy systems designed decades ago, bolted together over the years, and far too heavy for the people relying on them mid-shift.
