Serve as 100% account manager for the aggregate block product line, driving revenue optimization in this segment.
Prospect new small and medium-sized accounts (cold calling) in target sectors and build strong relationships.
Handle pricing requests for ready-to-use aggregates across Greater Montreal and the Laurentians (COD, block products, small/medium accounts, inactive accounts).
Monitor and reconcile aggregate block product inventory levels across market facilities alongside site managers.
Analyze delivery data from Command Batch systems to prepare customer dispute resolution and negotiations.
Promote the adoption of online and mobile ordering tools to active clients and establish targeted action plans for optimization.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.
