At Apex Kosher Catering, we specialize in delivering exceptional experiences through weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and large-scale functions.
We're looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage events from initial inquiries to successful execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee event logistics, timelines, and on-site operations.
- Support sales inquiries, proposals, and event bookings.
- Ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Handle last-minute changes with confidence and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in event coordination, catering, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with a passion for events.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
- Knowledge of kosher catering is an asset.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility with working hours may be required to meet operational needs, ensure timelines and deadlines are met, and maintain seamless event execution.
