- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitive hiring trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder communication.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics within recruiting systems and tools.
- Uphold high standards of candidate quality while operating with urgency and a strong sense of ownership.
Must-haves
- Experience recruiting or sourcing technical talent, particularly Software Development Engineers or related engineering roles.
- Proven success building pipelines and engaging passive technical candidates.
- Experience using sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, ATS platforms, and CRM systems.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of delivering results while maintaining a high quality bar.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting within large-scale technology organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, cloud, or software engineering organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to influence sourcing strategy.
- Demonstrated customer focus, high standards, ownership, and bias for action.
