We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a team building highly scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for a core banking platform.
If you have strong experience in Python, Microservices, Distributed Systems, REST APIs, SQL/MySQL, and Docker, we'd love to hear from you!
💻 Must-Have Skills
✅ 5+ years of Software Development experience
✅ Strong Python Backend Development
✅ Microservices & Distributed Systems
✅ REST API Development
✅ SQL / MySQL & RDBMS concepts
✅ RabbitMQ or similar Message Brokers
✅ Docker & Containerization
✅ Git / GitHub
✅ Linux / Unix
✅ Strong System Design & Technical Design experience
⭐ Nice to Have
- Banking / Financial Services / FinTech experience
- High-volume transaction processing
- Experience with performance, scalability & reliability
🚀 What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Build distributed microservices for high-volume financial transactions
- Design and implement REST APIs
- Participate in system architecture and technical design
- Own features end-to-end from design through production
- Optimize application performance and reliability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
