We are looking for an experienced ETL Lead Developer to join a leading banking/financial services environment in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL development, SSIS, Netezza, and AWS data services, along with proven team leadership experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead ETL and Data Warehouse development initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages and data integration solutions.
- Work with IBM Netezza, AWS Redshift, and AWS Glue.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver end-to-end data warehouse solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and support ETL development teams.
- Support batch processing, Kafka-based integrations, and other data pipelines.
✅ Must Have
- 10+ years of experience in ETL & Data Warehousing
- Strong MS SSIS/SSRS experience
- IBM Netezza
- AWS Redshift & AWS Glue
- Strong SQL and ETL development expertise
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
