Senior Tandem / Mainframe Developer

Job Description
We are looking for a Tandem / Mainframe Developer with strong experience in HP NonStop (Tandem) and/or Mainframe technologies. The candidate will be responsible for application development, maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Tandem / HP NonStop development.
- Experience with COBOL and TACL.
- Experience with Enscribe and/or SQL/MP, SQL/MX.
- Good knowledge of Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS.
- Experience in application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with production support and incident resolution.
- Ability to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Tandem/Mainframe applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements.
- Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver application changes.
- Prepare technical documentation and support application releases.
Preferred
- Experience working in Banking / Financial Services is a plus.
- Experience with Tandem-to-Mainframe or Mainframe-to-Tandem integration/migration is preferred.
- Experience with batch processing and production support is an advantage.
