Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tandem Developer with strong expertise in HP NonStop (Tandem) systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, supporting, and maintaining mission-critical applications in the payments, banking, or financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications on the HP NonStop (Tandem) platform.
- Design, code, test, and implement software solutions.
- Perform production support, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
- Support application upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with HP NonStop (Tandem) Systems.
- Hands-on experience in COBOL85, TAL, TACL, C/C++.
- Good knowledge of SQL/MP and Enscribe Database.
- Experience with Pathway, Guardian, OSS environments.
- Knowledge of application support, incident management, and production support.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologi
