🏢 Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) Required
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Lead with 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, test strategy, and automation framework development.
🔹 Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives and QA strategy.
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Pytest, and Robot Framework.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
- Drive quality governance, test coverage, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor QA/Test Automation teams.
- Strong Agile, DevOps, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Help improve release quality and reduce release cycles.
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
- 14+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
- Strong technical leadership and framework development experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be comfortable with a hybrid role in Montreal.
- F2F interview is required.
