We are looking for a Senior Data/CRM Architect with strong Dynamics 365 CE and Azure Integration experience.
🔹 Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
- Hands-on experience with Azure integration architecture
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management & ADF
- Strong knowledge of REST, OData, Web APIs, SSIS and middleware
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, CRM SDK and SSRS
- Strong experience in data migration, data mapping and data harmonization
- Experience with DevOps pipelines and cloud environments
- Strong client-facing skills and experience leading technical workshops
- Experience with MuleSoft is a plus
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Genesys, NICE or Talkdesk is a plus
- Healthcare Payor/Provider experience is preferred
