We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the architecture, design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for a major Canadian banking client.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design and architecture.
- Drive large-scale Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
- Lead Salesforce development teams and conduct technical/code reviews.
- Design integrations using APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven architecture.
- Establish Salesforce development standards, governance, CI/CD, and release practices.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, BAs, and Delivery Leads.
- Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements.
- Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices.
✅ Required Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong Salesforce FSC experience.
- Experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with 1,000+ users.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow, and Automation.
- Salesforce APIs, integrations, and Platform Events.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture.
- Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
- Experience leading distributed/cross-functional teams.
⭐ Preferred:
- Banking / Wealth Management / Financial Services experience.
- Big 4 or global consulting experience.
- Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect certification.
- Salesforce FSC Accreditation/Certification.
- MuleSoft experience.
- Agile and large transformation program experience.
