Years of experience: 1 to 5 years
Key skills and experience
1. Strain gauge bonding
- Experience installing or bonding strain gauges, sensors, or other delicate electronic components.
- Comfortable with careful surface preparation, cleaning, gauge positioning/alignment, adhesive application and curing. These are critical because bonding quality and gauge alignment affect how accurately strain from the metal body is transferred to the gauge.

- Voltage
- Continuity
- Strain gauges
- Basic electrical circuits
- Inspection and quality mindset I would consider this especially important for a precision manufacturing environment.
