As an Analyst, Business Process at Arc’teryx, you will support the work that keeps a global supply chain improving and evolving. You will gather process data, conduct baseline analysis, maintain process documentation libraries, and help track the KPIs that show whether change is working. This is a role built for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to develop their process and systems expertise in a fast-moving, complex environment. You will work alongside experienced practitioners, contribute to meaningful process initiatives, and build the analytical and operational foundation for a career in supply chain excellence.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Business Process team is responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise processes to enable efficient, scalable, and cross-functional operations. The team partners closely with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to ensure processes are aligned to business strategy, supported by systems and data, and consistently executed. Through governance, design, and change enablement, the team drives operational excellence and sustained business value.
If you were in the Analyst, Business Process role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Conducting baseline analysis and gathering process data to support identification of improvement opportunities
- Supporting workflow documentation and maintaining process libraries, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with tracking process KPIs and reporting on performance to help the team monitor progress and outcomes
- Providing analytical and administrative support across process initiatives, contributing to execution and follow-through

- Supporting the rollout of standardized processes by documenting workflows, mapping current and future states, and ensuring clarity in how work is executed across the organization
- Partnering with Technology and Data & Analytics to help validate data and system requirements that support process execution and decision-making
- Taking on greater ownership of process analysis and documentation as your skills and business knowledge grow
- Contributing to cross-functional process improvement projects that connect supply chain operations to broader organizational change
Are you our next Analyst, Business Process?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- You have 3-5+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or a relevant supply chain or operations role
- You have a working understanding of process improvement methods and a conceptual grasp of how processes and systems connect
- You are an analytical thinker and problem-solver, comfortable working with data and translating findings into clear, useful outputs
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about maintaining the quality and accuracy of the work you own
- You communicate clearly and follow through on your commitments, bringing a reliable and execution-focused approach to your work
- You are a strong team player and collaborator, willing to support across workstreams and contribute wherever you are needed
Compensation:The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000 - CAD$108,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
