As the Footwear Product Testing Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting & executing the product testing programs and. In this role, you work closely with the footwear product creation team, a global network of peers, collaborators and athletes to support the evolution of our Footwear business, aimed to redefine technical performance footwear for mountain terrain, leading with technical innovation, uncompromised design & quality.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote
work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

If you were a Product Testing Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Executing product testing for inline and competitor products, and deliver testing results to the product management, development and design teams at key moments in the product creation process
- Supporting the evolvement and enhancement of the footwear testing program aligned to the footwear product strategy and the product creation team.
- Facilitate in the building and maintenance of a diverse and engaged network of testers, identifying opportunities to enhance data collection for more impactful feedback and insights.
- Collect and analyze testing data, findings and feedback, providing insights to Product management, development and design teams to influence validation decisions and product innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of testing results, tester participation, and tracking of footwear samples..
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with athletes and core product users across our key markets, capturing and synthesizing physical, performance, science-based testing data and insights to impact product solutions.
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Explore and implement new systems for real-time data collection for fit, wear, field and durability testing, prioritizing user-friendly and efficient solutions.
- Identify opportunities to engage broader outdoor communities to gather diverse feedback and insights, driving the testing process and establishing benchmarks across different product categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing feedback earlier in the product creation development cycle, ensuring it informs critical design and material decision prior to seasonal product creation timeline.
Are you our next Product Testing Coordinator??
- You have 2-4 years’ experience in a mountain sports, product development, or operations role within the technical footwear industry.
- You have previous experience working in systems (Smartsheet, PLM, SAP, Excel, SQL or other)
- You have a strong connection to our core sports and the athlete community surrounding them.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
- You have excellent communication and influencing skills
- You have the ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems and business requirements efficiently
- You have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
- You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

Compensation:The salary range for this role is: CAD$62,000 - CAD$81,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
