Job Title/Location: Customer Service Specialist, Surrey & WFH
Salary: £25,700 + average bonus c. £1,500 + pension contribution to £3,340
Office/WFH: 3 days office + 2 days WFH after initial office-based training period
Requirements: A phones-based customer service background within a corporate setting. Ideally this experience would be within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance, but all sectors considered
Role Snapshot: Responding to queries from customers regarding their pensions. An intake role into the business from which people progress within this function or transfer into other areas of the company. The role starts off with an in-depth, 12-week training programme.

The Company/Team:For years, this company has built a great reputation for developing people. The Customer Service Teams proactively resolve incoming telephone, letter and email queries from Financial Advisers and direct customers. This is not a high call volume/sales-type call centre post, the focus is purely query resolution and on providing the best customer service possible.
The Role:The first 12-weeks will focus on your training, thereafter, your main responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line support to customers & Financial Advisors via phone, email/correspondence
Handle queries on pension products, guiding customers on tools & resources to empower self-service
Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring all interactions are handled in a timely manner with a quality of response that continually exceeds the customers' expectations - escalating potential risks or vulnerable customer situations when needed
Skills / Experience Required:For these Customer Service Specialist roles, you should have office-based customer service experience, ideally within a call centre setting or generally within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance, although any sector will be considered. You should be confident & enthusiastic on the phone and able to multi-task. Our client is really keen on people whoWANT TO LEARN.
Additional Information:The salary for this Customer Service Specialist role is £25,700 with average bonus c. £1,500 and company pension contribution from the company to £3,340.
