Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Construction Coordination Manager, the Construction Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with our Project Managers, this position ensures all phases of a project are executed with precision, maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to adhere to Archadeck and HGC's operating systems and processes.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare subcontractor contracts and confirm commitments with Project Managers.
- Coordinate and track project material orders, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Compile and distribute comprehensive project packages for internal and external teams.
- Act as a liaison between clients, lead carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and the production team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay adaptable and proactive in learning new processes to improve efficiency and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating residential renovation projects.
- Familiarity with construction materials and project workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
