Our journey started in 2007 with the first release of inFlow Inventory.

We've hit a lot of milestones since then - like making Canada’s Top 100 small and medium-sized businesses and Profit 500 lists - but our mission is still the same: to build software that makes a practical difference in people's lives.

Our products should be easy and intuitive, but still offer powerful features to those who need them. And we obsess over design: from gut-level beauty to the tiniest details of how things should work.

We also believe that if you treat others well, they'll return the favour. So whenever we do something, we consider how our users will feel about it. We'll even refer customers to competitors if we feel ours won't fit their needs.

To accomplish all of this, we're building a company of great people who inspire each other to do their best work. We've left roles vacant if we can't find the perfect candidate, and we assume everyone on our team is good at what they do. This means we trust them to make decisions and keep "management" to a minimum.
