Functional Application Support:
- Provide functional support for applications
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve application incidents and service requests from end users
- Support application upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes from a functional perspective
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions for business applications
- Maintain functional documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
