Help Deliver One of Canada's Largest Amazon Connect Transformation Programmes
Areti is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking a major CCaaS, Amazon Connect and Agentic AI transformation programme.
We're looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Engineer to play a key role in designing, building and integrating next-generation customer engagement solutions across multiple business units. Candidates must have strong Amazon Connect and CCaaS experience and be comfortable working within complex enterprise environments.
What You'll Be Doing
🌳 Designing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions
🌳 Delivering integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise platforms
🌳 Supporting large-scale contact centre migration initiatives
🌳 Building Agentic AI and automation capabilities
🌳 Working closely with Architects, Product Teams and Business Stakeholders
🌳 Mentoring engineers and promoting best practice
🌳 Supporting end-to-end solution delivery across the programme
