Snowflake Developer – AWS
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Developer with 5+ years of Snowflake experience and strong expertise in AWS, Data Warehousing, ETL, CDC, and cloud data platforms. Experience working with the Indian finance industry is required.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake development
- Strong AWS experience: Glue, Lambda, S3, security/access controls
- Snowflake data ingestion using Snowpipe, COPY INTO, AWS Glue, and incremental processing
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, masking/encryption, and governance
- Experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL, CDC, and metadata-driven processing
- Hands-on experience designing DWH models and RDBMS/Snowflake databases
- Experience building and leading AWS + Snowflake projects
- Knowledge of data lineage, cataloging, classification, and governance
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, production support, and automation skills
- Experience with Agile/DevOps and cloud deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Snowflake/AWS data integrations and applications
- Implement enhancements, fixes, and production deployments
- Provide L2 technical support and perform root-cause analysis
- Develop automation to improve reliability and customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with QA, Platform Delivery, DevOps, and business teams
- Refactor and optimize existing systems for scalability and performance
- Design procedures for system maintenance and troubleshooting
