Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with expertise in Banking and Lending platforms to create, maintain, and govern high-quality documentation for the DEAL platform, LoanIQ, and associated banking systems. The role requires translating complex business and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation that supports operational users, technology teams, and new joiners.
The ideal candidate should possess strong documentation skills, experience with Confluence, and a solid understanding of banking workflows, lending operations, and enterprise applications
