Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience across multiple business functions within the wireless, telecommunications, or network infrastructure industry.
- Significant hands-on experience in sales, solutions development, or business development, with a strong focus on telecom civil infrastructure (Civils), including wireless site development, tower infrastructure, network construction, and deployment.
- 10+ years of business development, strategic planning, or market development experience within the telecommunications or wireless infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of the wireless telecom ecosystem, including mobile network operators, infrastructure providers, equipment vendors, and network deployment partners.
- Previous experience working for or directly supporting telecommunications operators, wireless infrastructure companies, or telecom equipment vendors.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of wireless telecommunications market trends, infrastructure investment, network expansion, and 5G deployment strategies.
- Experience identifying business opportunities, developing commercial strategies, and building business cases for telecom civil works, network infrastructure, and wireless deployment projects.
- Familiarity with RAN infrastructure, tower deployment, site acquisition, civil construction, and network modernization initiatives.
- Established relationships within the Canadian wireless telecommunications industry would be an asset.
