Formerly Huron Women's Shelter, Artemis Huron is a safe place for women and children in crisis.
We have been a part of the Huron community since 1985. We provide critical services to women and their families experiencing gender-based violence including a 24-hour support line, emergency shelter, counselling services, children’s programs, transition assistance, and a second stage program with a one-year residential component.
