Role Description The Medical Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton, ON. This role is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records and documentation. Daily tasks include updating electronic and paper files, handling referrals, coordinating with clinical staff, and processing forms and correspondence. The Medical Administrative Assistant ensures efficient front-desk operations, supports billing and insurance-related paperwork, and maintains a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. - Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to manage patient inquiries and provide a professional, supportive experience.
