We are now one of the largest and fastest-growing moving companies in Montréal, specializing in residential, commercial, and after-disaster moving services.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Dispatcher to coordinate our daily operations and help keep our growing team moving efficiently. You’ll work closely with our crews, customers, management, sales team, and industry partners in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate crews and daily jobs.
- Build and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Handle last-minute changes, urgent requests, and delays.
- Communicate with crews, customers, management, and partners.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and keep jobs on track.
- Support and lead our dispatch and field teams.
We're Looking For
- Experience in dispatching and/or the moving industry.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Knowledge of Montréal and surrounding areas.
- Reliable, proactive, and a natural leader.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
