Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, oversee software development, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, Django, cloud technologies, and software architecture, along with proven leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams.
- Oversee the development of backend applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Drive software architecture, code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Manage cloud-based development and deployments across GCP or Azure.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming experience with Python and backend development using Django and GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with GCP or Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and scalable application design.
- Proven technical leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
