Original job description
Position Overview Associa On Call is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Service Coordinator to support our Maintenance and Construction division. This role coordinates field technicians, scheduling, work orders, customer communications, billing support, and administrative operations. Reporting to the service manager. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch technicians; create schedules; coordinate appointments; track work orders; prepare quotes; process purchase orders ; assist with collections; and attendance records; request locates through Ontario One Call; manage the division in box; generate reports and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
Qualifications: Administration, dispatching or service coordination experience; strong communication and customer service skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; construction, maintenance or property management experience is an asset; GTA knowledge is an asset.
Schedule: Part time leading to Full time Part time start date Oct 5th ( 2-3 days a week)9am-5pm Full time to start November 23rd, 9am - 5pm
