Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and operational activities. This position coordinates delivery schedules, monitors shipment status, and ensures accurate documentation and data entry for transportation and customer records. The role involves communicating with drivers, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues, maintain service standards, and support timely, efficient operations. The Operations Coordinator also assists with administrative tasks, helps optimize processes, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team.

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills to support scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and identify operational improvements.

- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or operations support is an asset.
