ATTA Elevators Vancouver Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field maintenance team and ensure our customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality elevator service throughout the Lower Mainland.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and support elevator technicians in their day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Coordinate technician assignments, schedules, service calls, and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor equipment performance, maintenance quality, callbacks, and outstanding service issues.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary parts, tools, equipment, and information to complete their work.
- Work closely with customers, property managers, contractors, and internal teams to address service needs and resolve concerns.
- Support employee development, performance management, and training.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable BC health and safety requirements.
- Assist with modernization, repair, and other operational projects as required.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of ATTA Elevators.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of elevator industry experience, with maintenance or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and field operations.
- Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to read technical documentation.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technicians.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable using business software and learning new systems and technology.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland as required.
