Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Hearing Care Professional in Calgary. In this role, you will:
Deliver personalized, relationship-driven hearing care
Conduct comprehensive evaluations in a professional, unhurried, and well-supported state of the art and beautiful clinical environment
Recommend and implement tailored, creative solutions (hearing aids, FM systems, Listening and communication enhancement (Listening and communication enhancement LACE Pro) auditory training)
Perform precise fittings, adjustments, and ongoing optimization of hearing devices
Provide thoughtful follow-up care and long-term patient support
Educate and guide patients and their families with clarity and compassion
Continue developing your expertise through our Audiology Innovations Achieve Program-learning beyond the industry of hearing care, including in areas of health and wellness, Psychology and other pertinent and creative areas.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team that values excellence, integrity, and genuine connection, with patients and with each other. You'll be mentored directly by Dr. Carrie Scarff in the Mount Royal West location while you learn the ropes of our thorough hearing care journey with our patients.
What We’re Looking For
Strong clinical skills in assessments, fittings, and troubleshooting
Confidence with Audiology technology and a commitment to best practices
Exceptional communication and counseling abilities
A drive for continuous learning and professional growth
A team-first mindset and the ability to contribute positively to clinic culture
Provincial licensure as a Registered Hearing Care Professional
Experience in Audiology or hearing care (an asset, but not required with strong motivation and the right 'can-do' attitude)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology, or Hearing Aid Practitioner certification (or registered trainee status)
