Talent Associate – Augmented (Toronto / Hybrid)
Augmented is an AI-native engineering delivery hub helping large enterprises in Life Sciences and Fintech move faster. We're small, ambitious, and building the way modern companies should be built.
What you'll do:
- Find, engage, and win over senior IT talent (engineers, architects, tech leads)
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients, since people are our product
- Work daily with modern AI and tech tools to recruit smarter, not harder
What you bring:

- 0–2 years in recruitment, sales, or consulting (curiosity matters more than experience)
