- Measure, Analyze & Optimize: Track lead conversions, retention, and service engagement, and iterate relentlessly on what the numbers tell you.
- A/B Test for Impact: Run ongoing testing on triggers, journeys, creative, and timing to keep improving results.
- Collaborate to Innovate: Partner with marketing account managers, VODMs, dealership teams, and our data group to align strategy and execution.
- Ensure Data Accuracy & Health: Maintain data integrity across systems so clean, actionable information powers every campaign.
- Own Deliverability & List Performance: Monitor and manage deliverability, sender reputation, and list health to keep engagement high.
Why this role is different
- Build on Momentum: Step into a platform that's already live and take it further, faster.
- Lead Innovation: Shape the future of automotive marketing with modern tech and a serious data foundation.
- Own the Outcome: Set the strategy, optimize performance, and drive measurable results.
- Leave Your Mark: Join a team that's redefining how dealerships engage with their customers.
