Your area of focus.
As a Windshield Technician, you will be responsible for providing safe, high-quality windshield repair and replacement services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role focuses on precise installation techniques, vehicle safety system (ADAS) awareness, attention to detail, and maintaining industry standards for quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Repair and replace automotive windshields and other vehicle glass to manufacturer and company standards.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution.
- Prepare vehicles and work areas to ensure safe, clean, and efficient installations.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer documentation.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good working order.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional workmanship.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, safety-focused work environment.

- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving history

Compensation
The expected range of compensation for this position is $20 – $25 Hourly - No bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
