Enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect
Are you a seasoned Oracle ERP leader with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enterprise solution architecture? We're looking for an experienced architect to lead end-to-end solution design, drive business transformation, and shape global Oracle Cloud ERP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture across ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, SCM), HCM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Lead business process transformation workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Establish global process templates, architecture standards, design principles, and Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Lead design decisions covering integrations, extensions, reporting, security, data migration, and customizations.
- Design global Chart of Accounts structures and financial governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with statutory, regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements.
- Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, prototyping, CRPs, SIT, UAT, training, and deployment.
- Provide architecture leadership across cross-functional workstreams and resolve complex design and integration issues.
- Present architecture decisions, solution options, risks, and recommendations to executive sponsors, steering committees, and Architecture Review Boards.
- Support solution estimations, proposals, solution reviews, and client pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience.
- 8+ years of dedicated Solution Architecture experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Proven leadership of at least three full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Solution Architect.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Agile delivery, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Process Playbacks, SIT, and UAT.
- Experience across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, PPM, and EPM architecture and cross-functional integration.
- Knowledge of FBDI templates, integrations, data migration, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
- Strong capabilities in solution design, requirements analysis, functional specifications, testing strategy, training, and implementation governance.
- Excellent communication, executive stakeholder management, and business engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience migrating from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud or working in hybrid, multi-ERP environments.
- Experience in the Canadian public sector.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and enterprise governance frameworks.
