Job Description
- Experience & Certifications: 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform and Data Cloud architecture experience, supported by certifications like Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or Data Architecture & Management Designer.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end design, setup, configuration, and customization of scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Data Strategy & Security: Define robust data modeling, schema design, identity resolution, data governance, and high-standard data quality/security frameworks.
- Integrations & Development: Develop custom components, SQL-based data transformations, and seamless integrations connecting Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and third-party systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship to teams of developers and admins while managing cross-functional alignment with business stakeholders.
- Operations & Innovation: Deliver ongoing support, performance tuning, and troubleshooting while continuously integrating new Salesforce platform updates and emerging capabilities.
