We're expanding – building our new oxygen therapy division and looking for an organized, personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Lethbridge, AB. What You'll Do- Warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, book appointments, and answer general therapy inquiries
- Answer phone calls and faxes, route correspondence and inquiries to the right associates, and manage supply requisitions and other office duties
- Bill insurance providers and government agencies, and maintain accurate records of submissions and payments to minimize accounts receivable
- Follow patient charting protocols in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Assist with initial oxygen set-up and basic troubleshooting of oxygen therapy and PAP equipment and supplies
- Assist clients with CPAP set-up, troubleshooting, inventory, and re-supply calls, lifting up to 50 lbs of equipment as needed
- Support marketing efforts (literature supplies, referral relationships, social media, patient feedback) and participate in a fair, equitable on-call rotation
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of Medical Administration or Customer Service experience preferred; healthcare or sleep therapy experience is an asset but not required – training is provided
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required
- Background in sales support and merchandising is an asset
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or similar software, and CRM/EMR systems
- Professional, friendly communicator with strong time management, multi-tasking, and listening skills
