We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Transformation & Oracle Strategy Director with 15+ years of experience leading large-scale Oracle and enterprise transformation programs.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, operating models, integration strategy, finance and supply chain transformation, organizational change, program planning, risk management, and multi-vendor delivery oversight.
Strong experience engaging with C-level executives and steering committees, along with proven consulting, client advisory, and business development capabilities, is required.
The candidate must be willing and able to travel to the United States for executive workshops, architecture reviews, and key strategic program events.
