We are experienced in providing human resources solutions to clients across Canada and Internationally. Our Focus will be on building in-depth, long term relationships.

B.E.S.T Recruiting brings over 25 years of both recruiting background as well as direct experience in the industry. Jim DiVizio has had a successful 20+ year career in both the construction and real estate development sectors. Tania Sarracini has a Masters degree from York University in Environmental planning; five years of hands on experience in the industry as a coordinator and four years as a recruiter for the industry. Tania and Jim’s personal experiences in the industry will provide both candidates and employers with valuable first hand knowledge and enable us to quickly and effectively understand the needs of each and advise with confidence and professionalism.
