Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP)/Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Position Overview
Goodwill Staffing & Recruitment is supporting a leading aeromedical service provider in recruiting experienced Advanced Care Paramedics (ACPs) and Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for permanent opportunities in Canada.
As members of a multidisciplinary Air Medical Crew, ACPs and RRTs provide rapid assessment, intervention, stabilization, and safe transport of ill and injured patients during interfacility transfers. The Air Medical Crew works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and an On-Line Medical Control (OLMC) Physician.
Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of overall ACP experience.
Current registration in good standing with the applicable provincial or territorial regulatory body, with the ability to obtain and maintain registration with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba (CPMB).
Previous medical transport experience is an asset.
Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in intensive/critical care, emergency care, or aeromedicine is preferred.
Current registration in good standing with the applicable provincial or territorial regulatory body, with the ability to obtain and maintain registration with the Manitoba Association of Registered Respiratory Therapists (MARRT).
Previous medical transport experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care as part of a multidisciplinary aeromedical transport team.
- Perform rapid patient assessment and clinical intervention.
- Support the stabilization and safe transport of ill or injured patients.
- Provide care to patients of all age categories during interfacility transfers.
- Collaborate with RNs, ACPs, RRTs, and the OLMC Physician as part of the Air Medical Crew.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $98,000–$123,500 annually, based on experience
- Additional compensation through daily per diem and paid travel days: $20,000–$30,000 annually
- Vacation and general holiday pay: $9,000–$12,000 annually
