SENIOR Construction Site Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee ground-up new build projects with values around $30M. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for new build construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety compliance
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates
- Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
- Work closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
- Proven experience managing projects around $30M
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
- Experience in ICI construction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficient in reading drawings and specifications
