Bell Cyber is looking for a Vulnerability Management Specialist to help strengthen our customers’ security by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities across network, endpoint, application, and cloud environments.
Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Solutions & Professional Services, you’ll collaborate with security analysts, threat intelligence teams, and client stakeholders to drive proactive vulnerability management.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, from scanning and assessment to remediation tracking and reporting.
- Prioritize findings using CVSS, threat intelligence, asset criticality, and business context.
- Work with internal teams and clients to recommend remediation strategies and monitor progress.
- Maintain scanning schedules and processes, and create actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.
- Monitor emerging vulnerabilities and exploit trends, and support incident response when needed.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of cybersecurity experience, with a strong focus on vulnerability assessment and management.
- Hands-on experience with Tenable.sc, Nessus, Qualys, or Rapid7 InsightVM.
- A solid understanding of networking, Windows/Linux, and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
- Knowledge of CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, CWE, patch management, and secure configuration practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC are an asset.
