We’re hiring full-time Line Cooks to join our tight, high-performing team.
This isn’t fine dining - and it’s not your average short-order job. Benny’s is a 50’s-style, high-volume diner where we cook from scratch, plate with precision, and keep the kitchen moving. If you’re fast, focused, and take pride in clean, consistent work - you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble dishes from fresh, prepped ingredients
- Follow plating guides and portion standards
- Use Programmed Rational ovens (training provided)
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
- Stay in sync with the team - urgency is everything
What You Bring:
- Weekend & holiday availability
- Reading and math skills required
- Physical stamina (standing, lifting, moving fast)
- Sharp attention to detail
