We're entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and entrepreneurial business student to help shape our next chapter.

- Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements.
- Implement project management and workflow tracking tools.
- Develop processes that support delegation, onboarding, and future hiring.
Who We're Looking For
We're less interested in how many internships you've completed and more interested in how you think, solve problems, and take initiative.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are studying Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing businesses.
- Are proactive, resourceful, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Enjoy both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Are comfortable learning new technologies and digital tools.
Bonus points if you:
- Have started a business, side hustle, or entrepreneurial project.
- Have experience with marketing, business development, or process improvement.
- Are familiar with CRM, project management, AI, or automation tools.
- Are bilingual in English and French.
No engineering background is required. We're looking for business-minded individuals who bring fresh ideas and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Gain
- Direct exposure to entrepreneurship: Work closely with BIC's leadership and see how a growing business operates.
- Real ownership: Lead projects and implement solutions with a measurable impact.
- Broad business experience: Gain hands-on exposure to strategy, marketing, operations, and business development.
- Flexibility: Hybrid work arrangements and scheduling around your studies.
- Growth opportunities: Potential to extend the internship or transition into a longer-term role as BIC expands.
The Kind of Person Who Will Thrive Here
You're someone who sees a problem and starts thinking about how to solve it. You enjoy taking initiative, exploring new ideas, and turning them into practical results.
You're excited about working in a small, growing company where your contributions matter.
Most importantly, you don't just want to learn about building a business. You want to help build one.
Interested? Let's Talk.
Send us your résumé and a short introduction explaining:
- Why entrepreneurship and business development interest you.
- A project, initiative, or business idea you're particularly proud of.
- What excites you about helping grow a small engineering firm.
We value initiative, curiosity, and practical problem-solving over a perfect résumé.
