Biophora Medical Skin Care is looking for a highly connected, proactive and results driven Brand Growth & Marketing Coordinator to help accelerate the visibility and growth of our established Canadian professional skincare brand.
Our products deliver real, visible results. We are looking for someone who knows how to build awareness, create strategic partnerships and put a strong brand in front of the right people.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or medical aesthetics marketing who understands brand growth, digital marketing and industry relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Support product launches, rebranding and marketing campaigns
- Build influencer, creator, PR and brand partnerships
- Develop social media and digital growth strategies
- Identify new visibility, collaboration and media opportunities
- Support content creation, email marketing, website content and SEO
- Research competitors, industry trends and emerging opportunities
- Help grow Biophora’s presence among consumers, clinics and skincare professionals
- Manage and coordinate key marketing initiatives and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or medical aesthetics marketing
- Strong industry connections or partnership building experience
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and growth focused mindset
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing and branding
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Confidence with outreach, networking and collaboration development
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Familiarity with Canva, content creation tools and emerging AI platforms
- Ability to work independently and bring forward new ideas

Work Arrangement
This is a flexible hybrid position, with most work completed remotely and occasional in person work in the Montreal area for meetings, photoshoots, product launches and special projects.
