Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Databricks data platforms.
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based data solutions.
- Define data architecture strategy, platform roadmap, and release planning.
- Drive Databricks adoption and modernization initiatives with customer stakeholders.
- Implement Agent Bricks to enable domain-specific AI agents using enterprise data.
- Integrate Databricks Genie and AI/BI capabilities for natural-language analytics.
- Design and implement data warehouses and data lakes supporting Reporting, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Integrate Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Databricks workflows for end-to-end automation.
- Integrate multiple data sources with enterprise data warehouses and data lakes.
- Apply strong data modeling, architecture, governance, and cloud best practices.
- Partner with clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Azure/AWS.
- Provide strong technical leadership and clearly communicate technology and platform trade-offs.
Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on technical leader with strong Databricks architecture experience, excellent customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to drive solutions from strategy through execution.
