Role Description The B2B Communications Intern will support the development and execution of communications that engage corporate clients and partners. This on-site role, based in Vaughan, ON, involves assisting with drafting emails, proposals, and presentations, as well as creating content for client-facing materials and social channels aimed at business audiences. The intern will help coordinate information between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain contact lists and communication calendars, and support the preparation of pitch decks and event-related documentation. Daily tasks include researching industry trends, gathering insights to inform messaging, and contributing to the planning of campaigns and communications around key events. This is an internship role with hands-on exposure to corporate communications, event marketing, and client relationship support.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for business audiences, including email, presentation, and proposal writing.
- Ability to create clear, professional marketing and communications content for B2B clients, including social media and digital platforms.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requests.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced event environment, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professionalism in client interactions, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
