Corporate Controller

We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization in London on a search for a commercially minded Corporate Controller.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity combining controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and business analytics. The role will work closely with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support business performance.
The Opportunity
- Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive FP&A, financial modelling, KPI reporting, and dashboards
- Partner with operations on job costing, profitability, margins, inventory, and cost management
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
- Improve financial processes, systems, reporting, and automation
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Act as a key financial partner to senior leadership
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior finance leadership experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong technical accounting and FP&A experience
- Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based experience preferred
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting experience
- Comfortable working closely with both leadership and operations
