Our Modular Space Solutions business unit, and its principal brands BOXX Modular, MPA Systems and Schiavi, provide high-quality, cost-effective, modular space rentals and sell new and used modular buildings, and complementary services.

Our Workforce Solutions business unit, through its principal brand Black Diamond Lodging & Accommodation, provides complete remote accommodations including rental of modular dormitories, kitchens/diners and recreation buildings, with complementary services. Additionally, our Black Diamond Australia team maintains a fleet of workforce accommodations and modular space assets with a full suite of complementary services.

LodgeLink is our end-to-end crew travel management platform that leverages technology to deliver efficiency and cost control for complex workforce travel and logistics. Powered by a growing network of hotel and lodge partners, we address the unique challenges of crew travel, applying technology to streamline the entire process.
