Original job description

Black Diamond Group owns and operates a portfolio of businesses specializing in modular buildings and remote and temporary workforce housing solutions, along with a digital marketplace for business-to-business crew travel management. We create value by providing differentiated solutions. We believe each customer and each project is unique and that we can tailor a combination of products and services that deliver an enhanced outcome. Our Way is to Create a Better Way – this is our challenge, our call to action, our why!

We believe that a clear strategic vision, with measurable objectives, along with disciplined accountability and data-based decision-making leads to successful outcomes. When we couple this approach with our values-driven, collaborative, safety conscious culture, we achieve top decile performance, deliver results, and have fun while doing it!

We offer careers, not jobs, and we strive for an environment where the best people come to work and feel rewarded for their contributions. We are a team of the best and the brightest in industry, and since our inception, we have led with a people-first approach. We give our employees ample opportunity to pursue their interests and passions and support them as their careers progress.

Black Diamond Group is hiring a full-time position for a Senior Business Process Analyst based out of our Calgary Head Office.

This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

Reporting to the GM, Digital Transformation, WFS, the Senior Business Process Process Analyst will be a key contributor to the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions across WFS. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, project team members, and implementation partners, this role will support all phases of the ERP project lifecycle, including business process assessment, fit-gap analysis, solution design, data readiness, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

The Senior Business Process Process Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, future-state processes are appropriately designed, and ERP solutions are implemented in a manner that supports operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term business objectives.

As the ERP project progresses through different phases, the responsibilities of this role will evolve to meet project needs. Early phases will focus heavily on business process discovery, requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and future-state process design, while later phases will shift toward data migration, testing, organizational readiness, training, go-live support, and stabilization.

The Ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of business analysis/process improvement experience with hands-on ERP implementation experience, strong fit-gap and process design skills, and experience with requirements, data migration, UAT, and go-live. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into practical ERP solutions are essential.
